I began as a beauty Therapist onboard, quickly promoted to spa manager after my first contract, Since then I've been leading spa teams, hitting and exceeding targets taking the revenue reports to super performance and making sure guests have an amazing experience. I am highly adaptable and thrive in fast paced, multicultural environments. I'm recognized for building high performing, motivated teams through hands on leadership and communication. I work well under pressure. I managed full spa inventory reducing product waste and improved stock rotation. Skilled in marketing strategy, customer service, public speaking, and staff development with a strong track record of boosting sales, engaging guests and leading high performing teams in fast paced environments. The most rewarding parts of my role as spa manager is training the team in Elemis, where i get to share product knowledge, boost team confidence, and see real growth in both service quality and sales.
I enjoy going to the gym to stay fit and energized which helps me maintain the stamina needed for working on cruise ships. I also create positive content on social media about life and work onboard, sharing my experiences to inspire others and connect with the community.
