  • N0685 project, was able to identify the root cause of the die crack and eliminated the failure during the safe launch activity.
  • N050P project, successfully passed reliability test after a failure on 500TC due to barrier crack attributed by low Aluminum remains. The corrective action was to do characterization on wire bond POR.
  • During qualification of new technology SuperFet5 Fast for PQFN88 package, was able to identify the risk of having bond craters by adjusting the parameter in the wire bond process. No bond crater recurrence during production.
  • Responsible for collating performance of NPD team and represent the group at IATF16949 and at any customer audits, as to date there were no major non-conformance raised during the audits.
  • Successfully released to production all derivative devices for TOLL Silicon carbide products.

  • Worked with Ford Engineers and Lear CAD engineers to develop a wire harness design and routing according to Ford standards and requirements using Catia Team Center software.
  • Created and maintained 2D wire harness drawings based on inputs such as system and packaging requirements, engineering design changes. Ensured that DT is translated to schematics and 2D drawing.
  • Aided the 3D team with the packaging of components and wire harnesses into vehicles in the 3D environment.
