• Evaluated subcontractor proposals, variation orders, and processed billing.
• Coordinated with site operations for accurate reconciliation of project quantities.
• Verify and certify contractors' invoices, progress payments, and site accomplishments.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve discrepancies between design, site execution, and cost control.

• Review Electrical Plans (Power Distribution System, Earthing and Lightning Protection System, Auxiliary System and FDAS), Shop Drawings and Material Submittals.
• Oversee and supervise electrical works at the construction site in compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Plan and implement electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low/high-voltage systems.
• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems before handover
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and subcontractors
• Review, checked and revised shop drawings using AutoCAD/ZWCAD.
• Coordinated with contractors to resolve design conflicts and site discrepancies.
• Ensure all electrical works are completed within budget, schedule, and safety requirements.
