Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and monthly closing activities of the Fixed Asset process for US and APAC entities
• Primary responsible in interacting with external and internal auditors and ensuring smooth audit close
• Review of reporting requirements for management, tax requirement and various ad hoc requests
• Ensure adherence to SOX Controls and GAAP standards for PP&E
• Participate in corporate initiatives projects and ensure that finance tasks and activities are addressed in a timely manner
• Develop, train and retain team members

Major Projects:

• Lead the Fixed Assets separation activities related to Western Digital and SanDisk Spin-off activities which includes setting up new subledgers and identifying asset split
• Process migration of Global Fixed Assets Accounting to Shared Service Center in the Philippines from local sites

• Manage the Global Fixed Assets Team end to end operations
• Partner with budget owners for CAPEX planning
• Primary responsible in interacting with external and internal auditors and ensuring smooth audit close
• Review of reporting requirements for management, tax requirement and various ad hoc requests

• Perform necessary actions in the remediation of existing significant deficiencies in the Fixed Assets Process
• Participated in various process improvements with partnership from stakeholders and corporate team

• Conducted detailed financial analysis to identify and evaluate changes in operations, trends and potential areas of improvement
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize budgets, resulting in improved resource allocation
• Strengthened relationships with external partners through timely communication and collaboration
• Deliver a variety of reports, providing meaningful insights to aid in streamlining operations and identifying cost-efficiency measures

• Handle day-to-day accounting processes to drive financial accuracy
• Manage cost centers for marketing department
• Perform detailed opex analysis for forecasting and budget exercises.
• Create cost-benefit analysis per marketing campaign.
