  • Assist in preparing and managing the building's operational budget, including tracking utility expenses, maintenance costs, and vendor payments.
  • Provide monthly building accomplishment reports. Assist in preparing regular reports on building operations, such as maintenance schedules, occupancy levels, utility consumption, and service contracts.
  • Process payables. Ensure invoices from contractors, suppliers, and service providers are processed and paid on time. Maintain records of these financial transactions.
  • Facilitates government compliance (Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, Fire Safety Seminar, Real Property Taxes, & Sanitary Permit)
  • Oversee the quality of services provided by contractors and vendors, ensuring they meet the required standards and comply with the building's contract terms.

  • Handles concerns from clients and assist in liaising with tenants to ensure their continued satisfaction. Provide tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and supplying general information.
  • Conduct brief inspection of the property at least once or twice a week and advice Building Manager and Maintenance Head of all observations and make recommendations.
  • Attend regular operations meeting to keep updated of the day-to-day operations of the property.
  • Provides Memo’s to tenant and employee.
  • Accomplished monthly building reports of activities such as incident reports, daily maintenance activities, weekly ingress and egress submitted to the Management.
  • Process request for payments. Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management.
  • Providing information to clients about leasing process including viewing available units and answering inquiries about rental rate and terms.
  • Providing administrative supports to leasing and marketing agents by preparing lease of contract, scheduling of viewings, keeping records of communication with tenants, and updating databases with new listings or lease of agreements. Conducted House Rules orientation.
  • Sourcing for supplier to canvas and make comparison construction and operation materials with best quality at reasonable price from the list of existing suppliers. Procure all necessary materials needed for the operation and construction. Prepare and process Purchase Order (P.O).

  • Provide assistance to LGU during Building inspection
  • Assisted Operations Manager and Building Engineers as needed on special projects.
  • In-charged for the recruitment of outsourced employees. Orient newly hired employees on the house rules and other special instructions in the property.
  • Performed Cashier/Treasury duties (receiving payment, issuance of official receipts once payment has been made, monitoring and releasing check payments). Process Payables.
