Developing and implementing office policies, managing budget, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provides essential support to the HR Department, managing administrative task, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various HR processes.
Assisting with Recruitment processing including screening resume and scheduling interview.
Assisting with payroll processing and documentation. Tracking employee time and attendance.
Reviewing and verifying purchase orders, Processing payments to vendors, Preparing bank deposits, Assisting with payroll processing, and Maintaining records of accounts payable and receivable
