Currently, Gabby is the Supreme Court Chief Judicial Staff Officer of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Before his current position, Gabby is the Head of Training and Development of Ayala Group of Companies under Manila Water Company Inc., prior to his current position, Gabby has handled various key managerial positions such as Treasury Manager, Planning Management Head, Employee Relations Head, Quality and Productivity Department Manager, and Labor Relations Head.
Alongside with his corporate world, Gabby was a former part-time professor from Far Eastern University (FEU) for more than 20 years, and presently at University of Santo Tomas (UST) since 2017 to present. He was then also the top ten finalists of Outstanding Business Professors of the Philippines by Deloitte and Finex on 2016 and has been a seasoned HR and OD Consultant for both public and private sectors.

1. Manages the section by developing, implementing and monitoring the project communication plan through the following activities :
· Ensure that Project Fireworks of Project Delivery Group (Tri-Media) is administered by to showcase PDG Projects by acting as Corporate Kasangga to the Corporate Communication department by delivering media updates (before, during and after) of various projects for internal and external stakeholders.
· Collaborate with stakeholder manager, project delivery managers and business area in coming up with a communication plan for project-related activities to ensure that the project adhere to the company’s standard when it comes to safety.
· PDG official representative of the company wide Scooper’s group for conceptualization and development of stories that deals with PDG upcoming projects, accomplishments and other related updates .
· Prepare, generate and present the department’s weekly accomplishments to the PDG quarterback as well as the status of the deliverables of the Project Stakeholder Management Department.
· Create and facilitate project related programs (kick-offs, safety-man hour celebration, inauguration, etc) and other trainings/seminar planned by the department that will foster learning aiming to maximize the potential of employees in selected aspects.
· Assist the project delivery managers, stakeholder managers, traffic managers and others in their request for communication materials such as (flyers, project advisory, letters, et al.
2. Systems Planning and Monitoring
· Monitor and provide feedback to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the standard turnaround time (24 by5) on project related events on the following mediums (Mediabanc, Manila Water Website, CSAG reports, Special Report, CRM)
· Develop, implement and enforce a monitoring program of the department that will track the progress of the department’s deliverables that includes but is not limited to: permits, project issues, incident reports, etc.
· Keep the department updated with the current status of projects by monitoring the project update with the assistance of the PDG Support.
3. Managing ‘WOW’ Project of PDG
· Manage the outsourced personnel who directly works under the WOW project that is responsible for the creation of signage used on projects.
· Administers the daily orders of contractors and doing weekly inventory of materials used for the WOW Project
· Conducting weekly site visit to monitor projects’ compliance to safety, standards and branding that is developed by the company and coordinating with CSAG and Branding should issues ariseon site.
· Handle the creation of safety and quality best practices for future use

1. Census Survey. Conducts census / survey of water services and potential customer for each assigned zone.
2. Meter Reading. Performs meter reading on every schedule flow measurements on designed zones for actual determination of non-revenue water.
3. Reports Preparation / Rating. Prepares daily / weekly and monthly accomplishment report
and responsible for the preparation of filed personnel rating based on the designated quota of 30 questionnaires / day.
4. Customer Relations. Maintain effective customer relations / coordinate with the CIS BACSS for the designation of case number and assessment of under collections of surfaced illegal connection.
