Dynamic and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in IT systems support and mechanical engineering. Proficient in troubleshooting, system optimization, and cross-disciplinary problem-solving, combining technical expertise with hands-on mechanical knowledge to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. Adept at collaborating in fast-paced environments to achieve operational excellence.
I worked on-site as a mobile mechanic, focusing on VNA (very narrow aisle) and troubleshooting. We visited customers to perform inspections, and based on the findings, parts were ordered with the customers' approval. Once the approved parts arrived, an intervention request (site visit) was made via email. I would replace/repair the equipment, which was then tested, and the intervention was signed off. In addition to the inspection, our recommendations for maintenance and consumables were also provided.
I worked on both hardware and software as part of IT support, in a role that combined back-office responsibilities with fieldwork, focusing on hardware-related tasks.
On the software side, I provided services to internal employees based on tickets, installing software, printers, and implementing new systems. I maintained applications in use, ensured their functionality, and coordinated with external IT teams.
On the hardware side, I handled the physical setup of everything related to the headquarters of collaborating companies in the field. This included installing networks, preparing equipment (laptops) with user accounts, passwords, server access, and much more.
Commissioning of alarm, intrusion, fire, and surveillance systems.
The first step involved wiring the spaces designated for security systems, based on plans provided by engineers. This process also included installing the supports for cable management. Subsequently, equipment was installed and connected to enable communication. Finally, testing was conducted, and the project was handed over.
