• 12hours duty everyday from 8am-8pm
• He 93 years old with Alzheimer's, arthritis,kidney problem, bed ridden, pneumonia, diabetic and has cancer
• he's onF tube direct from his stomach " i turned off the AC And open his windows for air ventilation"
• Every morning I start his daily activity by checking his blood sugar , blood pressure,monitoring his oxygen level, pulse rate and temperature.
• after vital signs Im giving him nebulization as one of his maintenance
• preparing his clothes and other needs for his bed bathing
• cleaning his bed sore and putting petrolium jelly with sterile

gauze before putting his& diaper putting his clothes on and changing his bed linens

• slight excercise for blood circulation
• giving his milk with flushing 30/30 for 1hour via his tube
• i keep on talking to him and asking some question like his name, age, Etc as he always remember
• log in all his vital signs and monitoring 3 times a day including the medicines and everyday activity

• alzeimer's, bed ribben, peg tube, diabetic
• morning daily routine bed bath, sponge bath, perennial care.
• Changing of the diapers every 4hours to prevent infection
• peg feeding every 4hours,2hours feeding time, flushing 60ml of water before and after
• turning side by side to prevent bed sore
• giving medicines as prescribed by his doctors
• giving him a simple bed exercise for blood flowingcirculation
• cleaning his peg twice a day
• going to this doctors appointment
• listening to the doctors new prescriptions
• reporting to his family everyday for this vital sign, oxygen meter , temperature & blood sugar test.

• before entering patient's room need to wear face mask, washing hands and spray disinfectant
• monitoring greeting to my patient with a smile
• asking her if she sleep well at the night while checking her vital sign
• recording vital sign and checking the listed notes for her medication in that day
• asking patient's what meal she want's to eat and i'll be preparing it.
• doing patient personal hygiene, cleaning her bedsore and changing her diaper.
• lift the patient and transfer to her chair before feeding. after feeding , waiting for 30mins before giving her medicines.
• massage patient hands,arms,legs and her feet for blood circulation
• asking her any question if she still remember her family names for her mind exercise
• let the patient sit for 1 to 2hours and play her music so she will be calmed and relaxed while massaging her.
• after 2hours lift the patient and bring to her bed so she can rest and sleep.
• turning the patient side to side every 30minsto avoid her bedsore being worst
