Could perform welding works in areas or materials were expectancy of precise and accurate welding works should be done due to critically of application. Flexibility in performing welding works of pipes of various sizes as proven by trade test requirements. Welding works should comply and pass the strictest visual, radiographic, hydro and various others tests as required by the client. High degree of fitness and health.

• Process Pipe Welder Technician 6G
• Certification as 6G Welder in GTAW-SMAW by latest edition.
• Certification of Stainless Steel 6G in GTAW.

Welding Execution: Perform high quality, precise welding on carbon steel, and alloys using GTAW(TIG) and SMAW (Stick) techniques.

Joint Preparation: Cut, grind, fit and align metal components including , performing root passes and finishing high-pressure piping.

Technical Reading: Interpret blue prints, Engineering drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate assembly. 

Equipment Maintenance: Set up, troubleshoot and perform daily maintenance on welding machines, torches, and electrodes.

Quality Inspection: Visually inspect welds for defects and perform  corrective actions.

 Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety guidlines, including using PPE, ensuring proper ventilation, and maintaning a clean workspace.
