Determines the project requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the internal customers.

· Prepares the project scope, specification documents & project plan

· Reviews & finalizes the required budget for assigned projects by identifying required resources & gaining approval from senior management

Invites and reviews tenders and quotations from suppliers and contractors, evaluating whether they meet project requirements.

· Prepares recommendations on project plans & resources for approval by senior management

Monitors cost spending for the assigned projects by conducting cost analysis and investigation to ensure technical projects are delivered in a cost-effective manner.

Manages and controls project resources, such as budget, people, and hardware and software materials, to ensure delivery of the project at the prescribed quality.

Determines project risks and develops contingency plans to deal with the identified risks.

Develops the project tasks schedule and ensures implementation by translating the plan into detailed activities to be implemented within specified time frame.

Monitors project implementation by following up with the project team and evaluating the project status to ensure the project is handed over to the end user on time and in full.

Ensures that the company safety and hygiene policies are followed in all project sites and activities under his domain.

Ensure that all projects under his responsibilities are well documented and properly closed after handover to end users.
