- Develops and implements integrated monthly production schedule of the Naphtha Cracker Plant , Aromatics Extraction Unit and Butadiene Extraction Unit (NCP/AEU/BDEU) and Polymer Units (PE1/PE2/PE3/PP).
- Monitors production plan compliance by leading the weekly Sales & Operations Execution Meeting; identify and record variances; follow-up corrective actions and recovery plans and initiates production schedule adjustment.
- Oversees tank inventory movement, optimizes stock levels, and ensures on-spec inbound and outbound feedstock and bulk products.
- Manages the over all Material Resource Planning (MRP) of monomers, comonomers, catalysts, additives and packaging material.
- Reduces operational costs through comprehensive cost saving initiatives on material shelf life without compromising product quality.
- Collaborates with Commercial group on sales forecast or market demand and grade prioritization.
- Works with Operations group on capacity planning and capacity constraints as significant consideration in production planning.
- Assists in Monthly Performance Review (MPR) by providing monthly production summary and gap analysis.
