Provides clinical and administrative leadership in the delivery of respiratory care services. Supervises respiratory therapy staff, coordinates daily departmental operations, and ensures the provision of safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care. Performs and oversees respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, airway management, nebulization, and emergency respiratory care. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in managing critically ill and cardiopulmonary patients. Develops and implements departmental policies, protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and infection control measures. Conducts staff training, competency assessments, performance evaluations, and continuing education. Oversees respiratory equipment, supplies, documentation, scheduling, and compliance with hospital and professional standards.

• Dasmarinas Cavite

Provides emergency medical response and pre-hospital care during medical emergencies, accidents, disasters, and other incidents. Responds to emergency calls, conducts rapid patient assessment and triage, and provides appropriate basic life support and emergency medical interventions. Performs patient stabilization, airway management, oxygen administration, bleeding control, splinting, CPR, and other EMT-Basic procedures within the scope of practice. Safely assists in the extrication, lifting, moving, and transportation of patients to appropriate healthcare facilities. Coordinates with hospitals, ambulance teams, fire and rescue personnel, police, barangay officials, and other emergency response agencies during incidents and disaster operations. Participates in disaster preparedness, emergency drills, rescue and evacuation activities, community-based first aid training, and public safety programs. Maintains accurate patient care reports, incident documentation, equipment inventories, and other required records. Ensures the readiness, proper use, maintenance, and sanitation of emergency medical equipment, vehicles, and supplies. Performs other duties related to local disaster risk reduction and emergency response as assigned.
