As a graduate intern at Divine Mercy Psychiatric Facility, I am gaining in- depth clinical experience in a specialized mental health care setting. I work under the supervision of licensed psychologists, guidance counselors and psychiatrists, assisting in the observation, documentation, and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with varying psychiatric conditions.

My responsibilities include conducting interviews, participating in individual and group therapy sessions, and assisting with psychological assessments. This internship deepens my understanding of psychopathology, therapeutic processes, and ethical clinical practice in a psychiatric care environment.

Appointed as the university psychometrician, I support the institution's assessment processes by administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized psychological tests for various purposes including admissions, guidance, and academic interventions. I ensure ethical testing practices and collaborate with faculty and student services to provide data-driven psychological insights.

As a faculty researcher, I contribute to the university’s research initiatives by developing and conducting studies related to psychology, education, and the social sciences. My responsibilities include proposal writing, data collection and analysis, ethics compliance, and dissemination of findings through academic conferences or institutional presentations.

As a university instructor under the Department of Social Sciences, I handle General Education (GE) subjects. I facilitate learning through interactive lectures, critical discussions, and performance-based assessments that help students build foundational competencies essential to both their academic and professional growth.

I design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with CHED GE standards, and foster inclusive, values-driven learning environments that encourage analytical thinking and civic consciousness.

I am responsible for test preparation, proctoring, scoring, interpretation, and secure handling of results. I ensure that assessments are conducted fairly and accurately, helping guide admissions decisions with standardized psychological data.

As a university instructor in the Psychology Department, I facilitate undergraduate courses that build foundational knowledge and critical thinking in future mental health professionals. I am responsible for designing syllabi, delivering lectures, creating assessments, and fostering active student engagement both in-person and online.

I prioritize evidence-based teaching, integration of real-world psychological applications, and culturally relevant examples to ensure learning is meaningful and impactful. I also participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic advising when needed.

At RGO, I serve a dual role supporting the academic and administrative functions of the review center. As a Lecturer, I deliver board exam review sessions for aspiring psychometricians, covering core subjects such as psychological assessment, abnormal psychology, theories of personality, and industrial psychology. I also help design mock exams and provide mentoring to support student success.

As a psychology intern in a therapeutic setting, I worked closely with licensed mental health professionals to support individuals undergoing psychological rehabilitation. My responsibilities included conducting and assisting in psychosocial activities, administering psychological tests and providing psychological assessments, and contributing to treatment planning. I gained hands-on experience in case management, ethical practice, and crisis response while maintaining a trauma-informed and client-centered approach.
