Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Performs and monitors patient care, collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
2. Monitors and evaluates the performance of staff and other non-professional staff in providing patient care.
3. Orients staff, school affiliates, patients and their families the hospital and nursing service policies and other health information.
4. Monitors the inventory and maintenance of supplies, equipment and facilities to provide appropriate service.
5. Performs administrative duties such as preparing reports and arranging clinical schedules.
6. Performs direct patient care procedures, which includes bedside nursing, hygiene, pre and post-operative nursing care, admission and discharge of patients.
7. Liaises between nurses, patients, members of the health team, and other units to coordinate functions and provide a healthy social environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide safe, timely, and compassionate care to newborns in the NICU.
2. Monitor vital signs, feeding tolerance, urine/stool output, and overall condition and report any signs of complications.
3. Perform basic neonatal procedures such as temperature regulation, suctioning, phototherapy setup, and IV fluid administration
4. Assist in neonatal resuscitation when needed.
5. Assist mothers with breastfeeding or prepare and administer expressed breast milk/formula as prescribed.
6. Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free NICU environment.
7. Encourage rooming-in or skin-to-skin- care when appropriate.
8. Attend regular NICU skills updates and hospital training programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Admit and orient obstetric and gynecologic patients to the unit.
2. Care for post- partum mothers such as as monitoring vital signs, bleeding, uterine involution, pain levels.
4. Provide nursing care to gynecology patients before and after surgical procedures.
5. Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum self-care.
6. Teach post- gynecologic surgery patients about wound care, mobility, and follow-up schedules.
7. Record all nursing assessments, care provided, and patient responses in charts/EMR.
8. Safe administration of medications following the 10 R's of Medication Administration.
9. Participate in Ob-Gyne related in-service training and quality improvement activities.
