I was working in the company as production operator (renewal contract) . I was working in thickness section , where I measure the thickness of different kind of products. And able to make my qouta , and do my checksheets. I never been given a disciplinary action due to passing reject or no good product to the other section.

I continued working and proceeded as a contractual (signed contract for 1 year ) in the company. My job is still the same ,I was working as an appearance check and setting of the line. And this year , we also are move out and transfer to another division and was inputed in clean room . And in my year of working the company. It never happens that I pass the product to another section with reject.I never get any disciplinary action of that.

I started at the company as an on the job trainee (OJT). I was working in a process room as an appearance check and setting. I am the operator who checks the good and no good product. And I could able to get my target qouta and check my cheeksheets everytime. I always follow the rules .
