MANAGERIAL ROLE:

Manage, organize and develop the entire Human Resource Operations across Visayas & Mindanao pertaining to all HR Core Functions.

HUMAN RESOURCE SCOPE OF WORK:

  • A. RECRUITMENT
  • 1. Conducts interview on candidates for key position & non-key positions
  • 2. Recommends final approval of qualified candidates
  • 3. Develop and update job description and job specifications
  • 4. Supervises entire recruitment process performed by Hiring Officer
  • 5. Create and design recruitment process as needed.
  • B. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT OF TALENTS
  • 1. Conducts Training Needs Analysis (thru; verbal, email/actual survey)
  • 2. Designs new employee orientation program
  • 3. Plan & Design Training & Development Program
  • 4. Schedules participants into learning sessions, seminar and training. Contact resource person and implement training / seminar / workshop according to HR Training Calendar.
  • 5. Supervises the tracking and monitoring of database of employee's Training Progress Record/Report
  • 6. Facilitates all learning & development activities of the company
  • 7. Oversee conduct of HR Training and Development seminars & interventions
  • C. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & REWARDS PROGRAM
  • 1. Monitors Performance Evaluation of all employees (staff - management) on a quarterly/semi-annual basis.
  • 2. Preparations for and consolidation of Performance Ratings
  • 3. Ensures the fair and accurate implementation of performance evaluation systems.
  • 4. Coordinates with Team Leader/Managers concerning their team's KPIs & KRAs, making sure these are updated and followed.
  • 5. Assists Appraisers to objectively assess their respective team member’s minimizing personal biases, provide details of employees whenever required.
  • 6. Serves as a mediator of any tensed Staff-Leader relationship after a poor performance evaluation.
  • 7. Records and keeps Performance Reviews in a safe place to ensure confidentiality of data.
  • 8. Conducts job analysis, reviews compensation packages and develops rewards programs for employees whose performance meets or exceeds the company's expectations.

  • 7. Coordinate with the Company's corporate lawyer on legal matters.
  • 8. Conducts regular meeting with partner agencies (manpower & security) to ensure that manpower concerns are being addressed appropriately.

  • 10. Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as labor relations, disability, gender, age, religion and health & safety.
  • 11. Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • 12. Advising on other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
