  • Informs line manager of purchasing engineering and fabrication issues

  • Monitor shop-drawing and calculations for their submission to the consultant
  • Update accomplishment on site (installed and delivery)
  • Submit and evaluate change orders concerns
  • Attend CCM Meeting, PTG Meeting, Progress Billing Preparation, Follow up progress billing collection
  • Ensure manpower on site is sufficient for the whole duration of project
  • Ensure the installation schedule are met, prepares Weekly and Monthly accomplishment report
  • Ensure all works are done correctly, in good quality condition and in accordance to the approved shop-drawing and recommended solution to the problem that will occur during installation
  • Responsible for the implementation and compliance to the preventive and safety measure.

  • Inspect materials if they conform the specification, drawings and approved sample
  • Inspect materials dimensions, thickness, coatings finish, color, test certification shelf's life based on approved shop purchased order requirement
  • Delivered accessories, must be inspected prior to acceptance
  • Ensure that proper label, tags, and codes of inspected materials are properly applied for easy identification
  • Ensure that materials are liable to breakage, damage or deterioration are adequate and safely protected / package
  • Reports all non-conforming or rejected delivered materials to project head / project in charge
  • Ensure that the materials passed the quality control inspection process to be stored in a safe and protected designated location to prevent breakage
  • Attend QC Meeting.
