Operational Excellence
• Ensure smooth flow of daily operations from opening to closing.
• Responsible for developing quick and long-term solutions to ensure continuous process improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures store is compliant with Good Warehousing Practices (GCP) and other standards set by the management team.
• Ensures on-time replenishment of stocks, 0% out of stock, 0% discrepancy on inventory monitoring and reconciliation of selling, free goods and store assets.
• Ensures seamless implementation of programs; no program-related Incident Reports.
Stock Management
• Closely coordinates with Sales Executive on Stock Management
• Proper and orderly display of the product, monitors the delivery and replenishment of the product, monitors stock level at all times, maintains a level of cleanliness consistently.
• Collaborates with the Warehouse and Admin Services for any stock and assets needed for daily operations.
Staff Management
• Responsible daily store operations and identify training needs to be reported to their respective Sales Executive.
• Conducts performance evaluation and development of store personnel.
• Responsible for their shift schedules for their store.
Reporting
• Responsible for creating and/or facilitating the accurate Daily Sales Reports, Daily Finance Reports, Inventory Reports, End of Month Report, and all other ad hoc reports required by the Management.
