• Payment Investigations handling about 110 cases on a day to day basis
• Mailbox management wherein managing 30 or so escalation mails
• Intercompany collaboration for escalated Client concerns, or Customers requesting priority on an investigation they need done right away.
• Nostro Reconciliation - we reconcile outstanding credits or debits to its respective transaction
• Communicating with Clients - providing appropriate updates to the Client for these investigations.

I worked on card applications, taking calls from customers who are inteterested in signing up for the company's credit card.

I was tasked to monitor employee clock ins and transposing physical receipts and transform it to digital copy.
