DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible in monitoring, controlling and approving microbiological analyses in

process of water and environment monitoring.

· Responsible for the analytical laboratories, representative sample collection and the

orderly manner for retention of samples.

· Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of QC Analyst, QC Packaging

Inspector and R & D Personnel.

· Assist the Quality Assurance Head on the training program of the personnel and in

making documents needed in the Quality Control Department.

· Interacts and work hand in hand with the Production Head and Quality Assurance

Head in terms of handling quality of the product.

· Testing and making progress report about the stability study of products.

· Liaison between Engineering Department regarding the preventive maintenance

program in QC Department area.

· Controls the chemicals used in the testing of Raw Materials.

· Sampling and testing of all raw materials.

· Handling the inspection of the finished products and testing of the in-process

control using Cyberscan pH Meter and Brookfield Viscometer.

· Inspection of Finished Products for distribution (piece by piece inspection).

· Perform De-ionized water analysis using WTW Conductivity Meter and pH Meter.

· Testing of Waste Water using biological microscope, HACH DR2800

Spectrophotometer, portable pH Meter and Torrey Pines Hot Plate/Stirrer.

· Perform COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) test for Waste Water through digestion

process using Spectroquant Thermo Reactor.

· Monitoring the analysis of chlorine test using HACH DR2800 Spectrophotometer.

· Documentation (making SOP, FORMS and WIM) as needed by the company.

· Assist in the production area in the absence of the Production Head.

· Ensure that GMP is followed in all areas.

· Played a major role in FDA inspection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Scheduling work hours and shifts.

· Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

· Helping the team understand performance targets and goals.

· Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles.

· Analyze samples and other materials.

· Compile and record data for the documentation needed for testing and report

preparation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs dyeing for sample fabric for CEO approval or as per client color sample.

• Sampling of fabric for testing and retention.

• Ensures that the weighed colorant is correct before using in production area.

• Responsible for routine physical analysis of finished product to ensure that they

meet production standards.

• Sampling of finished product per batch/lot no. for laboratory analysis.

• Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.

• Accept and reject finished products.
