Strategy & Campaign / Program Development
• Review and analyze all relevant information within the assigned territories through data analysis, competitive reviews, fieldwork, and insights to identify challenges and opportunities. Develop short- and long-term strategic action plans for JTI brands to drive business growth.
• Initiate and secure project approvals (OPB) and manage all operational requirements to activate planned campaigns/programs. This includes coordination with M&S stakeholders, third-party agencies, GIP, suppliers, and overseeing TME encoding, testing, and production.
• Ensure campaign clarity among front-line staff (TSR/TER).
Leading Implementation
• Develop campaign/program mechanics, spiels, and briefing materials for field sales to ensure proper execution across targeted trade partners and outlets, consistent with program objectives, timelines, allocations, and company protocols.
• Oversee the deployment and implementation of brand-led and field marketing-led activities in the assigned territories. This includes consumer and trade deals, trade incentives, bundling activities (multi-pack or premium), sampling, and consumer brand activations.
• Manage and deliver a full-year calendar of consumer acquisition campaigns/programs in the assigned territories.
• Drive performance management, investment optimization, and program resource planning and deployment.
Program Evaluation
• Conduct regular surveys to ensure compliance with campaign/program standards and intended trade impact, addressing any challenges promptly.
• Review performance against objectives, including volume, store participation, implementation guidelines, competitive response, ease of implementation, and effective campaign spend. Oversee, monitor, and measure execution success, and conduct post-evaluations.
Territory Leadership
• Support brand and field marketing on new product launches by building robust bottom-up launch campaigns, ensuring pipeline volumes and distribution, and driving merchandising requirements and pricing compliance.
• Develop consumer campaigns to drive new opportunities, enabling brand range selling in pre-identified territories/barangays.
• Provide cross-functional support to develop efficient routes to consumers, enhancing campaign impact and brand reach.
• Maintain the territory toolkit.
Resource Management
• Manage the assigned field marketing budget, ensuring optimal deployment of program tools and materials.
• Establish strict management, control, and compliance for program enablers, including:
• Territories FM budget
• Free goods requirement and allocation
• Merchandising materials (POSM) with the right quantity requirements
• Premium items with optimal cost and right quantity requirements
• Physical counting of free goods/premiums/POSM in depots and vehicles
