Location: FTI, Taguig City

• Works as a consultant of GCR Consortium, the "Engineer" of NSCR project.
• Reviewed and validated Contractor’s Detailed Works, ensuring alignment with project Key Dates and Employer's requirements.
• Produces weekly and monthly performance dashboards, enhancing decision-making for both the Employer and internal stakeholders.
• Develops revised time-chainage diagram based on revised site access and utility relocation schedule
• Applies sensible logic in re-sequencing of works and identifies feasible technical solution to shorten construction period without considering financial enhancements to Contractors or their acceleration effort.
• Evaluates Contractor's EOT claims and prepares Engineer's assessment using recommended practices and protocols.

Project: Westside City Casino

Location: Entertainment City, Paranaque City

• Spearheaded the creation of Overall Master Programme for a multi-billion-peso casino development, aligning contractors and consultants to contractual milestones.
• Designed and implemented Tender Events Schedule (TES) that improved procurement forecasting, reducing package delays.
• Built KPI dashboards in Power BI, enabling real-time comparison of contractor performance vs. baseline, resulting in faster identification of underperforming trades.
• Conducted independent delay analysis on contractor's EOT claims, saving the client from unjustified time claims.
• Partnered with QS team to forecast billing cash flow until project completion, ensuring financial alignment with project execution.
• Standardized client reporting by delivering weekly and monthly updates, improving transparency and decision-making.

Project: BDO New Makati Data Center

• Coordinated multidisciplinary vendors of IBM Philippines to develop and update the Master Construction Program, improving milestone tracking and accountability.
• Produced progress reports and look-ahead schedule, ensuring continuous alignment between project execution and client expectations.
• Managed reconciliation of monthly progress billings, reducing disputes and ensuring timely payments.
• Prepared mitigation schedule, helping secure timely conduct of Fire Cause and Effect Test, Heat Load Test and Integrated System Test.
