- Working in an Agile Environment on one of our Clients in Canstar (financial comparison website), where I can work with the Scrum Masters, Product Owner, Testing on UAT Environments for Canstar Projects
- Have experience in QA Analyst Roles (QA Testing, Manual Testing, Integration Testing, Regression/Smoke Testing, GA Debugging, WordPress, API Postman Tools)
- Roles & Responsibilities: Our Daily Tasks are:
- Assigning QA Tickets coming from the Jira Task(whether this a BUGFIX Ticket, Task/Story type Ticket, or Testing type Ticket) which the Scrum Masters and Product Owner will create for that specific issues on the websites
- And which we will be working on or picking up the ticket after the planning meeting and estimation meeting
- Also since QA's are reshuffling from the teams to one another once every year we are exposed to different types of Tribes and Projects on Canstar
- Creating User journey tickets by Gherkin user story template, after we create we can now ready for it to be reviewed by the Scrum Masters and PO for ready for estimating the tickets with the team
- Estimating Tickets, also having a planning meeting with the team
- Smoke/Regression testing on the UAT Environments
- Integration Testing for Pre-Releases using Pre-prod Environments going to Production
- Raising Bugfix ticket issues to the Developers
- Deploy the branch on the Jenkins Job given by the developer once it is ready for testing all the tickets
- Crow Browsing testing(Mobile/Desktop)
- Testing UI Designs onto the Front end
- End-to-end testing to the websites, and will raised the issues and creating Jira tickets to worked on by the developer and tested by QA.

- Roles & Responsibilities: Our Daily Tasks are:
- Assigning us a Pre-launch QA task by giving us websites to check in QA Checklist where we check and recorded the updated websites also to know if there are bugs or issues to the websites together with the WordPress
- Screaming Testing tools where we check if the site is broken or stagging
- Cross-browser testing lets us check & task in a word document the behavior of our websites whether it works as intended when accessed through different browser platforms (Windows Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, Mac safari) and also to Mobile Devices
- It helps ensure that the website delivers an optimal user experience, independent of the browser used to access it
- Browser stacks we use this to check & test the websites in all devices and browsers if we don't have a specific device we used like iPhone, Mac apple, any Tablet, etc
- Once we've done all the task or pre-launch QA reports to our websites we will now send to our QA buddy via email to task to the Development team to fix all the bugs & issues of the websites.

- The daily tasks in BIDW Team are: KPI Monitoring where we monitor the performance of the (Bussiness Intelligence) BI applications every thirty minutes
- Principal Reports Monitoring where we monitor if the sales reports in various stores are already sent then update the master list in the spreadsheet
- Syncing tickets are done every morning and afternoon where we analyze whether the tickets should be labeled as Passed or Failed
- Other tasks are assigned to us occasionally like ADHOC Extractions, Sales Investigation (Sales Discrepancy and Unposted Sales), KPI Measures, and Sales Variances Report
