Currently, I'm managing the overall operations of the Nicanor V. Guillermo (NVGCC) which covers both the convention center and covered basketball court. As the supervising officer and head, I ensure that the operations of the NVGCC is smooth at all times, from booking of events, managing of the facilities requirements, as well as overall upkeep and maintenance of the NVGCC facilities.
There are twelve (12) personnel under my supervision, handling reservation and booking (2), maintenance and operations (10). I ensure that all the staff are performing their functions efficiently and are able to fulfill their tasks to the satisfaction of our customers.
As the In-Plant Travel Operations of various global companies such as Ericsson Telecoms, Lucent Technologies, L'oreal Philippines, and Aboitiz-Jebssen for over 20 years, I gained experience in managing the travel requirements of key officers and expatriates. This enriched my capabilities and skills in communicating with key officers (mostly foreign expats) as well as
