• Pioneering at the company from building construction to mill equipment installation, mill commissioning and mill commercialization
• In charge of Wheat unloading, Wheat silo operation, Wheat transfer from silo to Mill wheat bins, cleaning and tempering, start mill machine for milling operation
• Performed roll settings to get the desired mill extraction
• Monitor mill operation
• Manage the over all performance of production operation in all areas of responsibility to ensure quality output base on target schedule and volume requirements
• Manage performance of all lead operators by setting goals, providing training and development opportunities, assessing performance and identifying areas for rewards or for improvement
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems
• Forms of controls, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implement changes
• Works with the Plant Engineering in the repairs
• Maintenance and fabrication of parts of the machine and equipment
• Oversees the compliance of the Production Group to safety and health policies and procedures to protect company assets such as plant personnel, raw materials, finished products, and goods-in process from various hazards
• Develops reporting procedures and systems
• Inform the Plant Head regarding findings and problems in the production group and recommend solutions and actions to be taken
• Inform immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to Food Safety Management System
• Monitor every mill machinery to ensure that all equipment and machineries are running on its optimum capacity
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Mill B= 750 T/Day

• Responsible for cleaning and conditioning of raw materials/wheat as per set parameters prior to the grinding process
• Ensure that all machineries and equipment under direct responsibility are running at its optimum ideal capacity and efficiency
• All action should be done according to company standard operating procedures
• Maintain target moisture rate and tempering time and constant water supply for wheat tempering
• Monitor Mill Operation

• Prepare all materials needed for feed mill packing
• Make sure that all the products are in exact weight
• Perform weigher calibration at the packing area
• Perform maintenance
• Prepare shift reports.

• DOSING/INTAKE
• Check water level, oil, molasses, and fuel every shift
• Check the main mixer, molasses mixer and feed cleaner
• GRINDING
• Check hammer mill screen size and grinding
• Clean magnet
• Change hammer mill beaters as per schedule
• Change the hammer mill screen as needed
• PELLETING
• Follow set parameters
• Change die
• Monitor boiler performance
• Regenerate boiler water system
• Boiler blowdown
• Adjust and follow set pellet die size and cut size
• Adjust and follow the set crumble size.

• Received raw materials for the feed mill
• Make sure that all the raw materials in feed milling operation are available to avoid delay in operation
• Perform daily and monthly inventory
• Prepare purchase request of raw materials (macro and micro)
• Prepare a daily report.
