➢ Account: Healthcare
➢ We coordinate with Clinics and ask important information about the type of tests/exams for the travelers.
➢ We also coordinate with Pharmacies for vaccines.

➢ Coordinate, review, monitor and update existing ticket of the travelers.
➢ Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.

➢ Estaff Uploads: Uploads compliance documents into the VMS platform, Estaff, for travelers who will be working at HealthTrust facilities
➢ Residency Declaration: Audits Residency Declaration forms to ensure they’re completed correctly and to ensure that we have the necessary supporting documentation on file
➢ Alaska Fingerprinting: Sends state specific fingerprinting instructions to the CS team to pass along to the traveler, tracks when the fingerprints were completed, and posts the results
➢ Special Projects: e.g., Auditing flu, covid, and a variety of medical documentation to ensure facility compliance for various health systems

➢ We use websites of US Government like : Office of Inspector General (for fraud), Office of Foreign Assets Control (for Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list and all with other sanctions), Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (for verifying Nurse License) & Nursys (nurse licensure and disciplinary database, must certify compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act) .
