· Determine sourcing needs, understand the supply market and develop sourcing strategy for each spend category assigned
· Monitor price trend and market movement of the underassigned categories/ products in order to optimize Nestle benefits in term of purchasing; negotiate to decrease price, stocks, etc.
· Seek supplier sources in open markets for the assigned spend category
· Screen suppliers based on a set of criteria; specifications, quality, performance, pricing, etc.
· Propose the selected suppliers to management with appropriate analysis for decision making
· Coordinate w/ QM, RMP, internal specialists, stakeholders, etc. to approve and audit suppliers
· Ensure required information supplier data, PIR, contracts, etc. are accurately, completely and timely input in SAP before existing agreement/contract is expired (be readily available for call-off)
· Monitor supplier performance based on results provided by Receivers, communicate supplier scorecard and arrange meetings with suppliers to find corrective actions as needed

· Lead initiatives to reduce total cost (cost of purchasing and purchases), reduce operation complexity (rationalize suppliers, specifications) and implement P2P best practices
