- Responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and categorizing open-ended survey responses using existing or custom-developed code frames. Ensures qualitative data is thoroughly analyzed and translated into meaningful, quantifiable insights for research and reporting purposes.

Main Duties:

• Read and understand open-ended responses from survey participants.

• Develop and/or use existing code frames to categorize responses accurately.

• Assign appropriate codes (tags) to each response based on content and context.

• Group similar codes into broader categories to support analysis.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy in coding

• Collaborate with project managers, data processors, survey programmers to understand

coding objectives.

• Perform quality checks and validation of coded data

• Respond client’s suggestion, comments, and feedbacks

- Responsible for receiving and dispatching deliveries.

Main Duties

• Checking and verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders

• Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies

• Logging received items into inventory or tracking systems

• Coordinating with drivers for delivery issues

• Preparing outgoing deliveries, including labeling and documentation

• Coordinating with delivery drivers

• Scheduling pick-ups and ensuring timely dispatch of goods

• Updating records to reflect shipped items

• Maintaining accurate logs and records (manually or in software)

• Responding to emails and phone inquiries related to shipments

• Filing and organizing documents related to inventory and deliveries
