Parts Planning and Management

• Prepares requisitions for critical spare parts and provides detailed technical specifications based on equipment manuals to ensure accurate procurement.
• Assists in driving standardization of stocking item naming conventions by incorporating OEM-specific part numbers and serial numbers, reducing the need for clarification requests from OEMs.

Safety Enhancement

• Manages safety protocols and ensures the implementation of ATI Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) Policy within areas of responsibility, proactively addressing safety observations and incidents. Utilizes the Group HSES application to track, report, and resolve safety issues in a timely manner, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

• Served as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the immediate supervisor, ensuring the timely completion of twelve Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes and four Quay Cranes maintenance work orders and coordinating the team in executing preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, unplanned maintenance, and addressing equipment breakdowns. Led daily operations to maintain equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and adhere to safety standards while managing resources and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals.
• Responsible and accountable for performing Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes and Quay Cranes maintenance tasks to a high standard of workmanship, including preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, routine inspections, unplanned maintenance, and mechanical/electrical breakdowns or emergency repairs. Ensures all work is completed efficiently, within safety guidelines, and in line with operational requirements, while consistently striving for optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
• Assisted the team in developing and implementing LEAN projects and Kaizen initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety, reducing operational costs, and improving overall productivity. Additionally, provided technical support in the formulation and refinement of preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and alignment with industry best practices.

• Conducts detailed assessments of stationary piping systems by studying corrosive and erosive conditions and analyzing inspection data obtained through Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG) and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT). Investigates degradation trends and root causes, recommending corrective actions to extend equipment service life while ensuring safe and efficient operations. Provides repair and replacement recommendations in compliance with API 570 standards to maintain mechanical integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Inspects and assesses the remaining life expectancy of stationary piping equipment based on scheduled inspection programs by performing ultrasonic thickness gauging to determine wall loss and calculate corrosion rates, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting asset integrity and reliability planning.
• Updates Asset Policy (AP) for crude oil storage tanks by identifying and listing critical components along with their associated damage mechanisms, degradation modes, and recommended mitigation strategies in accordance with API 653 standards. Ensures alignment with industry best practices to support risk-based inspection planning and maintain asset integrity.
• Monitors and analyzes pump Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR), focusing on identifying trends such as mechanical oil seal leaks, to track equipment reliability. Implements strategies to reduce downtime, address recurring issues, and improve overall operational efficiency.
