This project involved a joint venture with partners focused on establishing high operational standards in safety, competency, organisational structure, staff training and development, and compliance with health and safety policies.
• DHL – Secured a six-month contract to supply fresh food to base dining facilities. This boosted revenue by $382,000. Implemented a load control department in the country to localise the production of aircraft load sheets to facilitate a quicker turnaround. Overall, OTP improved by 60%
• DFS Middle East –Increased flight operations from three times a week to daily from one central hub. This led to significant revenue growth, enabling further diversification and securing U.S. contracts.
• Royal Air Force – I was selected from a pool of 300 qualified staff to develop a pioneering concept for establishing an Air Movement department within the operational planning wing of the UK Special Forces. This department was intended to provide expert technical advice and support for rapidly deploying personnel and equipment, including military explosives, to address global and domestic crises. Awarded Chief of the Air Staff commendation for contribution to exemplary planning and execution of operations during the initial surge into Afghanistan of personnel and equipment.
