As Administrative Officer IV of the Sta. Cruz District Hospital, I supervise and manage all administrative service functions, oversee staff performance, and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of departmental reports while preparing budget proposals, service plans, and regulatory documents required by DOH, PHO, PDOHO, DENR, and HRMO.


I serve as the hospital’s Pollution Control Officer, implementing environmental compliance measures and conducting regular audits, inspections, and staff orientations. As the designated GAD Coordinator, I assist in crafting the GAD Plan and Budget and GAD Accomplishment Reports, coordinate GAD trainings and compliance activities, monitor GAD program implementation, collect sex-disaggregated data, and help integrate gender perspectives into hospital policies and operations.


I also represent the hospital in meetings and inter-agency activities, coordinate with provincial and national partners, and ensure efficient execution of all assigned administrative tasks to support overall hospital operations.

Provincial Youth Development Officer - Designate
