- The Client Portal for Disbursement (CPD) is a web application of ADB which allows executing Agencies to prepare, submit and track Withdrawal Applications online.
- To be able to market and deliver the CPD via multi-lingual distance learning or e-learning, the team created e-learning courseware, video tutorials with 19 online video modules and one online quiz exercise based on ADBs brochures, supporting documents and available Training Environment.
- Involved in creating documents such as Needs Training Analysis, Online Quiz questionnaires and these documents were successfully approved by ADB signoff team.
- Reviewed and validated extensively the content, presentation of the 20 video module materials.
- Managed to report issues and/or defects found on time.
