• Process and manage manpower requests to maintain adequate staffing levels across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
• Prepare and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing information on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Coordinate with departments to assign tasks and mentors to facilitate a supportive onboarding experience.

• Monitor and reconcile transactions on company-issued fleet cards, ensuring compliance with fuel usage policies.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

Regulatory and Compliance
• Prepare and submit required reports to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance.

• Prepare and submit purchase requests for office supplies, pantry items, and utilities. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery, maintaining inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in managing visitor arrangements, including coordinating transportation and company car usage. Ensure proper vehicle allocation, tracking, and maintenance to meet the transportation needs of employees and visitors.
• Prepare monthly billing statements for prepaid and postpaid load, RFID, service billing, and water consumption. Track and monitor utility usage, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of reports for billing purposes.
