Job summary:

• Provide automation and IT support for the cargo terminal, cargo application, and handling system.
• Manage end-user equipment assets across cargo operations and related systems.
• Maintain system master configurations for smooth daily handling and operations.
• Monitor high-severity issues, collecting root cause analysis (RCA) from stakeholders.
