• Assigning free car service to pickup vip patrons from airport to property and transport back to anywhere around Manila areas.

• Answer all inquiry regarding Casino playing

• Generate several reports for Casino total room reservation, no show guests and cancelled reservation.

• Settlement of pending bills for casino player made in restaurants or other casino outlets.

• Voiding the wrong settlements made by Hosts in issuing casino voucher/ coupons.

• Monitoring of casino stocks for Giveaways and freebies.

• Handling complaints, points disputes and other casino problems.

• Handle substantial crowd of gamers in busy periods, delivering prompt service.
• Offered complimentary food and drinks to guests within assigned section.
