I have acquired a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Then, I started as an ESL teacher in an online education company, instructing English language to Chinese students at different age ranges. In pursuit of gaining more experience, I moved on to the outsourcing field as a Customer Service Representative for an American-based service provider, helping customers and store dealers with questions and issues. Later, I went back to teaching and became an Elementary school teacher in a regular classroom environment. These experiences have made me more adaptable, socially skilled, and capable of successfully interacting with diverse learners and clients.
