As a Senior Lecturer in Physiology, I teach a wide range of systems-based topics including cell physiology, muscle, neuro, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal (GIT) and accessory organs, and reproductive physiology. I also facilitate Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Case-Based Learning (CBL) sessions, helping future physicians develop strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
In my role as Clinical Skills Coordinator, I design the checklists used for student return demonstrations and lead the planning and development of Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs)—from scenario creation to station logistics, training of simulated patients and assessment tools.
I’m passionate about using innovative and student-focused teaching strategies to improve engagement, deepen understanding, and bridge the gap between theory and practice in medical education.
