· Lifted Naga’s hiring ramp from an average of 23 hc hiring in a month to 140 per month.

· Because of good talent sourcing performance was able to spur growth and add additional four accounts on top of the existing healthcare account.

· Was awarded as an elite top performer with the highest KPI last May and June 2021.

· Was awarded as an Innovation Awardee last Talent Acquisition Year End Townhall Meeting, December 2021.

· Was awarded as an elite top performer with the highest KPI last June 2023.
