I have hands-on experience in preparing teatime desserts, where I developed strong attention to detail and consistency in both taste and presentation. I am skilled in garnishing pastries, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards. I have also worked extensively with dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and proofing, which strengthened my understanding of baking fundamentals.
In addition, I was assigned to the gelateria section, where I gained experience in handling frozen desserts, maintaining proper storage conditions, and serving customers efficiently. I was also part of the operations on the service line, where I assisted in food preparation, plating, and ensuring smooth kitchen workflow during busy periods. This experience helped me improve my teamwork, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
