• MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
• A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PRODUCTION MANAGER
• 1. PLANT OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT (40% DAILY ROUTINE)
• Direct the production team for the attainment of the goal / target schedule in terms of quantity, quality, on time delivery at its optimal cost
• Perform Management thru hand on operation management / make daily route to the production area to assure quality and target goal are achieve per section and to assist every potential problem that may occur
• Overseas production planning and control to maximize plant capacity and efficiency and for the material planning
• Reviews lay-out, line balancing (manpower, machine operations)
• 2. MAINTENANCE AND PLANT FACILITIES (20% DAILY ROUTINE)
• Oversees the maintenance activities to ensure continuity of the operation at the lease possible cost
• Conduct periodic maintenance appraisal to determine the machine and facilities operational conditions
• Meet regularly and Coordinate with the maintenance for the schedule of the major machine repair
• Negotiate with the contractor for the cost and schedule of the repairs for the building, facilities, and machines
• 3. FACTORY SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT LOSS ONTROL ADMINATRATIONS (10% DAILY ROUTE)
• Establishes, implements and continuously, improves the plant safety and environment loss control work program
• Conduct periodic inspection to identify hazards and potential accident
• Oversees the implementations of the plant safety and environment preventive and corrective measure
• 4. DEPARTMENTAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT
• Oversees the smooth communications that coming in, with in and out the department
• Implement the communication flow of the department
• Conduct and attend meetings and seek and provides feedbacks on issues deliberated during the meetings
• Organizes cross function meeting to ensure smooth communications and coordination among departmental concerned
• 5. DEPARTMENT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT
• Perform periodic review of the manufacturing and building maintenance system
