• Involved in the daily service management, contract management, and data operations management of a GCR portfolio.
• Controlled the cost of managing compliance across various countries.
• Handled a portfolio of GCR clients and a team of analysts.
• Worked with Global Engagement Managers and Coordinators to ensure engagements were managed effectively and efficiently.
• Applied the project management concepts to manage the enagagement delivery.

• Administered the Payroll Admin team of a labour hire company based in Australia and New Zealand.
• Involved in daily reconciliation of the receipts of a client using Receipt Bank.
• Developed 'Dictionary of Softwares' a company-wide service delivery initiative which was a collation of all accounting softwares being used to clients.
