Assist the Department of Transportation (DOTr) in implementing the Resettlement Action Plan and associated activities. This includes tasks such as issuing Notices of Taking, collecting documents from affected landowners, conducting due diligence for unlocated landowners, providing assistance with joint landlocked validation, conducting surveys for community facilities, and coordinating with government and private institutions. When the banks provided reports on approvals, declines, and pending statuses, I edited and organized the information. This involved sorting the reports, arranging client statuses, and identifying their names in our daily transmittal. I attributed the names to the corresponding agents or tie-ups. Following the editing process, I distributed the reports to our agents and tie-ups. Additionally, I occasionally addressed troubleshooting tasks for our PCs and networks.
