• Lead and manage all HR integrations both for internal and external applications, process improvement and automations.

• Lead payroll support for timekeeping, timeoff and integrations and other payroll related projects.
• Lead integration project using Dell Boomi and SuccessFactors Integration Center.
• Manage team ticket in Jira and ServiceNow.
• Lead automation projects for business partners, including requirement review, development design, etc.

• Handles & leads different automations & integration projects.
• Supervises contractual IT individuals in relation to software development, automation, timekeeping, etc.
• Meeting with the concerned teams and working hand-in-hand with the project management team.
• Attends CAB meetings to present the projects for deployment and collaborate with other IT teams e.g. IT security, DBA, server team, etc. on different projects that require their support.
• Support the Philippine payroll for the timekeeping and process improvement.
• Support US payroll for integration and migrations.
• Support HR for integration, process improvement and automations.

• Main support for Payroll applications and other HR applications e.g. timekeeping for manufacturing and GBFS site, HR integration and process automation.
• Meeting stakeholders, project owners, project managers & teams as part of the project development process.
• Configuring, developing, designing and support applications in ServiceNow.

Intranet Administrator

As an intranet administrator, I am responsible for overall content and functionality of the SunPower Intranet in a global scope.

System Developer

As a system developer, I develop web applications for various departments, either from scratch or using CMS tools such as Joomla and WordPress.

I am responsible for the BRD review, system & database design, coding application and code deployment to the production. I also provide support to various applications e.g. system updates, enhancements & other modifications. As part of the development process, I am also required to lead meetings with the project team and discuss the project progress to ensure timely delivery.
