Schedule & Resource ManagementEnsuring the right materials, equipment, and labor are available exactly when needed to prevent costly delays.Look-ahead Scheduling: Working with superintendents to plan the next two to four weeks of site activities.Logistics: Coordinating the delivery of long-lead items and ensuring site access for subcontractors. Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving Construction sites are rarely perfect; I’m the first line of defense when things go wrong.RFI Management: Writing and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs) when documents are unclear or site conditions differ from the plans.Safety Oversight: Monitoring the site to ensure all work practices adhere to OSHA or local safety regulations.
