- Supervises marketing department daily operation.
- Responsible for company-wide promotion, advertisement,and sales & marketing activities.
- Evaluate request from branches for promotional activities and recommend its approval or denial to the President & CEO.
- Maintain Sales Force of the area through Area Managers.
- Monitor selling prices of competitors and suggest necessary adjustment to TOP Management.
- Formulate strategies to attain quota set by suppliers to avail maximum discounts.
- Formation of sales agents in each area and responsible for benefits to be offered to sales agents (such as Salesmen Incentive,Trip Incentive, Salesmen Commission & etc.).
