Responsible for designing layout, planset and configurations for solar clients. After contract is made from our Sales Team it wil be up to the design team to make the best possible layout where to put the panels, Inverters and MPU for maximum efficiency.

• The PTO Coordinator must familiarize themselves with the process of receiving PTO for each utility
• This process can vary widely between the utility companies
• The process typically includes uploading project documents to the Utility company portal and awaiting an approval response
• If the application is not approved the first time the PTO coordinator will resubmit with the corrections made until the application is finally approved
• The PTO coordinator must keep accurate notes and log necessary information in the CRM.

• Source potential candidates for various client requirements through the use of different job portals: LinkedIn, Job street, and referrals
• Screen candidates based on the qualifications given by the client through paper screening
• Conduct initial screening via phone and/or face-to-face interviews
• Assist in scheduling candidates for client's interview
• Assist in conducting reference checks
• Maintain a recruitment tracker of endorsed candidates
• Manages an inhouse applicant portal for clients to use in searching for specific candidates
• Ad hoc tasks.

• Source qualified candidates through Jobstreet, Monster, LinkedIn, and Facebook and schedule them for interview with Clients
• Delivery Team's Job Portal (Jobstreet) Manager
• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews
• Responsible on sending Team reports on a daily basis
• Responsible on sending Interview Monitoring reports to Recruitment Supervisors
• Answers recruitment queries and concerns of the candidates through calls and emails
• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
• Conducts screening interview and initial technical screening interview over the phone
• Develop a pool of candidates in advance of need
• Endorsement and generate report for every end of activity
• Formatting candidates' Resume
• Providing trainings for newly hired recruiters (Volume Recruitment).
