Platform Support Engineer - SAP Hybris (CCv1)

Administration and support of Hybris multi-channel commerce software and solutions, including base applications (Apache, Tomcat, Solr).

Troubleshooting and finding resolutions to complex technical problems across multiple tiers (web and application servers, database, search cluster, integrations, automation platform).

Worked closely with technical account managers, project managers, partners, customers, and operations on environment build-outs, enhancements, optimizations based on requirements and sizing assessments.

Product Support - SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2)

Troubleshooting and finding resolutions to complex technical problems across SAP Commerce Cloud Platform (hosted by Microsoft Azure) including build, deployment and hotfolder processing issues. Also worked on supporting monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Cloud Logging Service in SAP Commerce Cloud which is based on the OpenSearch centralized logging mechanism.

Developed an Online Public Access Catalog using PHP and documentation for the company's maritime training center library.

Became a part of multiple web development projects, focused mainly on front end by converting pre-designed PSD files to actual responsive web pages by utilizing tools such as wordpress buiders, bootstrap, javascript, jquery, etc.
