• Prepares and maintains accurate operational documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly dredging reports, time records, and service sheets, work orders and procurement documents ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Develops and designs digital graphics and data-driven reports on dredging operations and related activities, reviewed and acknowledged by the Chief of the Equipment Management Division and utilized during monthly staff meetings for strategic decision-making.
• Oversees the procurement, acquisition, and acceptance of preventive maintenance (PM) materials for multiple dredging units, ensuring timely availability of supplies aligned with scheduled operations.
• Coordinates closely with suppliers to maintain compliance with quality standards and project timelines, while implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Negotiates with clients and contractors to optimize procurement and logistics processes, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and reliability in material handling and delivery.
