• One of my tasks in the company is to arrange the project flow, the proper procedure during implementation, and how to make a GFA (General Frame Agreement) with the EPC Local contractor and how the template will be made during site inspection/site visit. Part of the responsibility is to ensure successful planning, execution and closing of a project. From developing a well-defined plan up to applying appropriate knowledge, skills, and techniques to guarantee the success of the project.
• As per now I am involved in the Robinson project with 7 sites in total 11 MWp nationwide, also in the groudmount in Amanpolo with a total of 4MWp.

Involvement in solar roof and ground mount installation projects, starting from system sizing, to site survey, GFA contract and materials testing and checklist, BOM, permitting, site deployment and site implementation, updating the timeline and ganttchart in the project I manage, client engagement for site updates and weekly meetings for site progress reporting up to manpower management handling and site turnover testing and commissioning.

While im in the company my Accomplishment during my employment are 30MWp rooftop installation and 5MWp ground mount nationwide.

• Manage, and Monitoring all Projects of Globe Telecommunication here in the Philippines nationwide, from site survey, site permitting, quality checking, implementation, site acceptance and project turnover to the client. Applying technical knowledge and critical thinking to finish the site base on the timeline deliveries. Accomplishment during my employment 100,000 Fiber Lines installed nationwide, 8MWp residential roof installation nationwide.

• Manage and Monitoring all Projects of Converge Telecommunication here in the Metro Manila, from site survey, site permitting, quality checking, implementation, site acceptance and project turnover to the client. Applying technical knowledge and critical thinking to finish the site base on the timeline deliveries.
• During my employments i accomplish 1,000 Fiber lines installed in NCR.

• Supervise and Project management of technical design for implementing standard process and procedure for mass production items/goods. Negotiating to client and Creating timeline and manpower schedule for the assign projects.

• Manage and Supervising manpower’s for constructing buildings, warehouses, and condominiums and houses, negotiating client for revising and additional works for the said projects, including site survey, designing structural concreting, and site turnover to clients.
• During my employments I accomplish 4 lowrise condominium, 6 warehouse,
• 2 elementary schools, 5 residential houses, and 6km national roadway.

Manage and Supervise implementation of solar panel/genset installation in Metro Manila area, handling manpower in site of day-to-day activity base on timeline or time schedule per sites committed to client.

• Project documentation controller and paper works, assisting telecom company for signing and reviewing all documents that submit to head office.
